When you request a quote through the form on this page, we collect:
- your contact name and, if you give it, your business name
- your phone number and email address
- the type of site you need cleaned, and its suburb
- any notes you add about size, frequency or preferred times
The form also records some technical context alongside your enquiry, so we can tell where it came from and respond appropriately: which advertisement or campaign brought you here (including a Google click identifier where present), the page you submitted from, the site that referred you, whether you were on a mobile or a desktop, and the time you submitted.
We do not collect sensitive information such as health, financial account or government identifier details through this page, and we do not take payment through it.
How we collect it
Directly from you when you complete the quote form or call us. The technical context above is collected automatically by this page at the moment you submit.
Why we use it
- to prepare and send you a quote, and to arrange a site walkthrough
- to contact you about your enquiry and any cleaning we go on to do
- to understand which advertising is working, so we spend our budget sensibly
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Analytics and advertising

Who we share it with

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
Keeping it secure
This page is served over HTTPS and enquiries reach us through our website host's form handling. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
